How the Daily Streak Report Works

At the end of a day, a member can see whether they kept their broader daily rhythm going. This report looks across the tasks assigned to that member rather than following only one task.

Quick Start

  1. Make sure the member’s daily tasks are completed or validly excused.
  2. Open the end-of-day streak report when it appears.
  3. Review the current streak.
  4. Compare it with the member’s longest streak.

What the report includes

  • Current daily streak.
  • Longest daily streak.

What preserves the day

  • Completed tasks.
  • Tasks excused by a parent.
  • Bonus and As Needed tasks when their daily rules are satisfied.

Use it gently

  • Celebrate the effort behind the streak.
  • Do not shame a restart.
  • If the streak breaks often, simplify the task load or timing.

Family Example

A member completes all assigned tasks for the day and sees a current streak of six days, with a longest streak of nine.

Good to Know

  • Start with the smallest version that solves the problem.
  • Change one setting at a time so you can see what helped.
  • Missed days are information, not proof that your family failed.
  • Open Help in the IAFT app and send a message if something does not work as expected.

Best First Action

Review the daily streak report and name one habit that helped the day go well.
