How to Get Billing Help

Billing problems can involve:

  • S’moresUp family access
  • Apple
  • Google Play
  • Website billing
  • Subscription status
  • Refund policy

Start by identifying where the subscription was purchased.

Use In-App Help First

For the fastest S’moresUp support path:

  1. Open S’moresUp.
  2. Open Help.
  3. Send a message with the billing details.

In-app Help helps the support team identify the family account and device context.

Families may also contact:

support@smoresup.com

The current Terms also reference admin@smoresup.com for some refund requests. Public support language should be unified before publication.

Premium Is Missing

Contact S’moresUp support when:

  • Payment succeeded but Premium is missing
  • Premium appears for the wrong family
  • One device shows Premium and another does not
  • Website payment is not reflected
  • Restore Purchase does not work
  • The family was deleted while billing remains active

Do not purchase again before support checks for an existing subscription.

Apple Billing

Use Apple’s subscription and refund process for:

  • Apple subscription status
  • Apple renewal charge
  • Apple cancellation
  • Apple receipt
  • Apple refund eligibility

Contact S’moresUp support when the Apple purchase exists but Premium is not active for the family.

Google Play Billing

Use Google Play for:

  • Google subscription status
  • Google renewal charge
  • Google cancellation
  • Google receipt
  • Google refund eligibility

Android does not currently have a separate Restore Purchase button.

Contact S’moresUp support when Google Play shows an active subscription but the family does not have Premium.

Website Billing

Contact S’moresUp support for:

  • Website subscription status
  • Website cancellation problem
  • Stripe or payment-processor receipt
  • Website refund request
  • Website payment not activating Premium
  • Duplicate website billing

Include the transaction reference.

Refund Requests

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • Purchase provider
  • Refund policy
  • Purchase date
  • Reason for the request
  • Applicable law

Cancellation stops future renewal.

It does not automatically refund a completed payment.

For app-store purchases, use the applicable store refund process.

For website purchases, contact S’moresUp support.

Duplicate Subscriptions

A duplicate can happen when:

  • Two adults subscribe
  • The family purchases through more than one provider
  • A second purchase is made because Premium did not appear
  • An older subscription remains active

Check:

  • Apple subscriptions
  • Google Play subscriptions
  • Website billing
  • Family Premium status

Then contact support before canceling the wrong subscription.

Deleting the App or Family

Deleting the app, family, or account does not automatically cancel billing.

If billing continues after deletion:

  1. Identify the purchase provider.
  2. Cancel the active subscription.
  3. Contact support for family-access help.
  4. Keep receipts and cancellation confirmation.
