Families can subscribe to S’moresUp Premium through:
- Apple App Store

- S’moresUp website
Any adult who belongs to the family can complete the purchase.
One subscription unlocks Premium for the whole family.
Before You Subscribe
Check:
- You are signed in to the correct S’moresUp family
- The adult completing the purchase belongs to that family
- The price and billing interval are correct
- The billing provider is the one you want to use
- The offer is still available
- You understand the renewal terms

Family-Wide Access
Premium belongs to the family, not only the device used to purchase it.
After purchase:
- Parents can use Premium on supported devices
- Children receive the family’s Premium features
- The same family can use iOS, Android, and web
- Family members must sign in to the correct family
The billing subscription remains managed through the original purchase provider.
Purchase on One Platform, Use on Another
A family can purchase on iOS and use Premium on Android, or purchase through the website and use Premium in the app.
This is because Premium access is connected to the S’moresUp family.
That does not mean the Apple, Google, or website billing subscription transfers automatically between providers.
When Premium Does Not Appear
Check:
- Correct S’moresUp email and password
- Correct family
- Purchase confirmation
- Internet connection
- App update
- Sign out and sign back in
- iOS Restore Purchase, where appropriate
If Premium still does not appear, contact support.
Include:
- S’moresUp account email
- Family name
- Device type
- Purchase provider
- Purchase date
- Receipt or transaction reference
- Screenshot of the problem
Duplicate Purchase Warning
Before purchasing again:
- Check whether another adult already subscribed
- Check Apple or Google subscriptions
- Check website billing
- Confirm whether Premium is already active for the family
One subscription unlocks the family.
A second purchase may create duplicate billing.
Paid Renewal
After the purchase is completed, the subscription renews automatically at the selected billing interval until canceled.
Cancel before the next renewal date if you do not want another charge.
