How to Sign In or Reset Your Password or PIN

S’moresUp supports sign-in with an email and password or a PIN, depending on the profile and device flow.

Recovery is available for:

  • Password
  • Personal PIN
  • Family PIN

Sign In with Email and Password

Enter the email address connected to the S’moresUp family and the account password.

If sign-in fails, check:

  • Email spelling
  • Capital letters
  • Extra spaces
  • Correct S’moresUp product
  • Internet connection
  • Whether the family is archived

Reset a Password

From the login screen:

  1. Choose Forgot Password?
  2. Enter the account email.
  3. Submit the request.
  4. Check the email inbox.
  5. Open the signed recovery link.
  6. Set a new password.
  7. Return to S’moresUp and sign in.

The reset link lasts for about one day based on the current backend flow. Verify the final expiration before publication.

Reset a Personal PIN

The same recovery system supports a forgotten PIN.

Choose the PIN recovery option when available.

The recovery email provides instructions through a signed link.

Reset a Family PIN

Family PIN recovery uses the same email-based process with the Family PIN option.

Use the adult account email connected to the family.

Children Who Forget a PIN

Children are directed to ask a parent.

A child should not create a new family or use another person’s account because the PIN was forgotten.

A parent can help recover or reset the child’s access.

Check Spam and Promotions

If the recovery email does not arrive:

  • Check Spam
  • Check Promotions
  • Search for S’moresUp
  • Confirm the email address
  • Wait a few minutes
  • Request another email

Use the newest recovery message because an older link may expire.

The Reset Link Expired

Request a new recovery email.

Do not keep trying an old signed link.

The Email Address Is Unknown

Try the email addresses the family may have used.

Look for:

  • Welcome email
  • Chore reminder email
  • Subscription receipt
  • Earlier support messages

Do not create a new family until the original account has been checked.

Archived Family Login

When a non-child signs in to an archived or inactive family, S’moresUp may offer:

  • Unfreeze & continue
  • Start Fresh

Use Unfreeze & continue to preserve the family data.

Start Fresh resets parts of the family setup.

Sign-In Failure Alerts

The backend may alert the support team when password recovery repeatedly fails.

That does not guarantee an immediate support reply.

Contact support if the family still cannot sign in.

Protect the Account

Never send support:

  • Password
  • Personal PIN
  • Family PIN
  • Full card number

Support can help with account recovery without needing those secrets.
