Share S’moresUp

When S’moresUp helps the family manage chores, rewards, reminders, or Weekly View, another parent may find it useful too.

There are two different actions:

  1. Recommend S’moresUp to another household
  2. Invite a trusted adult into the same family account

They are not the same.

Recommend S’moresUp to Another Household

Use this when a friend, relative, or another parent wants to create their own separate S’moresUp family.

They can download S’moresUp on iOS or Android or learn more through the S’moresUp website.

Share the part that helped your family.

Examples:

  • Rotate stopped the “Whose turn is it?” argument
  • Weekly View helped us change chores that were always late
  • One reminder reduced repeated parent follow-up
  • The Reward Shelf gave the child a clear goal

Message You Can Copy

We use S’moresUp for chores, S’mores, rewards, reminders, Calendar, and Weekly View. It helps everyone see what needs to happen and makes progress easier to review. You can learn more at www.smoresup.com.

Keep the recommendation personal.

Do not share private family information.

Invite an Adult into Your Family

Use this when a trusted adult should help manage the same household.

Examples:

  • Spouse or partner
  • Co-parent
  • Grandparent
  • Caregiver
  • Another trusted adult involved in the home

An invited adult may help with:

  • Creating chores
  • Managing schedules
  • Reviewing Approval
  • Managing rewards
  • Checking Calendar
  • Supporting family setup

The exact invitation path should be verified.

One Family Subscription

One Premium subscription unlocks Premium for the whole S’moresUp family.

Any adult who belongs to that family can purchase.

The family can use Premium across supported devices when members sign in to the same household account.

Billing remains managed by the original purchase provider.

Household Invitation Is Not Connected Families

Inviting an adult into the same family does not create:

  • Family Circle
  • Connected families
  • Cross-household Campfire sharing
  • Shared Calendar between two households
  • Community access for children

Those older connected-family concepts should not appear in the current S’moresUp Help Center.

Campfire and Community

Campfire

Campfire is the whole-family household feed.

Posts go to everyone in that family.

Community

Community is parent-only and broader than the household.

A Community post can be shared into the family Campfire.

A family Campfire post cannot be cross-posted into Community.

Recommending S’moresUp to another household does not connect their feed to yours.

Before Inviting an Adult

Confirm:

  • The adult should belong to the same household account
  • They understand the family setup
  • They should see family information
  • They should help manage chores or rewards
  • The email address is correct

Do not invite someone who should create a separate household.

If the Invitation Does Not Work

Check:

  • Email spelling
  • Whether the email already belongs to an account
  • Internet connection
  • Correct family
  • App update
  • Invitation status

Then contact support.

Use the preserved support article:

Respect Family Privacy

Before recommending the app or sharing screenshots, remove:

  • Child names
  • Wallet balances
  • Chore history
  • Calendar locations
  • Campfire posts
  • Private family photos
  • Account email

Share the product, not private family data.
